Peony Season is ON: The first peonies from South Africa are almost here!

Peonies South Africa
It’s that time again! While winter is creeping in across Europe, our growers in the Southern Hemisphere are already harvesting the very first peonies from the fields. And that can only mean one thing: peony season has officially begun!

We expect the first shipment of peonies from South Africa around mid-October, straight from Zulu Flora, one of our top growers. This year, the season kicks off with the impressive Coral Sunset – that legendary peony with its intense coral hue that gradually fades, just like only a Coral Sunset can. A flower that makes an impact.

Alongside Coral Sunset, you can also look forward to other stunning varieties like Sarah Bernhardt and Bowl of Cream. These iconic peonies, with their soft pink and creamy white blooms, will make sure there’s something for every peony lover this season.

From October through January, you can enjoy a variety of peonies from the Southern Hemisphere. As spring arrives there, our growers in South Africa, Chile, and Argentina ensure that you get to enjoy the most beautiful peonies when you need them the most.

And this is just the beginning. As growers in the south cut their last stems, growers in the Northern Hemisphere are already preparing to carry the season forward. At My Peony Society, we’re always on the move to bring you the very best, no matter where in the world you are.

The most beautiful peonies are on their way – are you ready? Follow us for the latest updates and make sure you’re among the first to enjoy these stunning blooms!
